Reach Software Staff Bios


Steven Roberts, Developer:

A Colorado native, Steven comes to Reach Software with a BS in Business from Troy State University and over thirteen years in the Design and Development field. Steven loves diving, sailing, and traveling with wife and adventure partner, Carolyne.  Steven envisions Reach Software as a destination for businesses, individuals and communities looking for a useful source of technical information, and providing high quality, low cost software solutions to help clients expand and prosper.

Carolyne Roberts, Customer Care & QA:

Carolyne brings international cache via her homeland of Cheshire and South Yorkshire counties, England.  A Registered Nurse with many years experience on both land and sea, Carolyne has a Counseling, Mentoring, and Training specialty, adding a personal touch to her responsibilities at Reach Software.  With her husband, Steven, and their dog, Georgia, she enjoys sailing, diving, hiking, gardening and 'the arts'.  Carolyne's goal at Reach Software is to provide a personal flexibility, an adventurous team spirit and a wealth of management and communication skills to "assist our clients with their technology needs".

Ken Pace, Web Designer/Developer:

As a proud fourth-generation native Floridian, Ken brings his degree in Digital Arts and Interactive Media to Reach Software, along with seven years experience in the wide world of web design.  Married with two children, and an assortment of pets, Ken enjoys the Arts, cooking, coaching Little League baseball, fishing and water sports.  Ken's goal at Reach Software is to "do it right, do it better and bring the best quality product to the market."

Amy Zeusler, Copy Writer:

Hailing from Rochester, NY with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production, Amy Zeusler joins  Reach Software with experience in Sales, Marketing, Research, and Human Services.  She has been writing for over thirty-five years, including fiction, poetry, criticism, screenplays, product/client presentations and small press publishing.  She is an avid gardener and home improvement enthusiast who loves redesigning spaces and re-purposing found objects.  Amy's goal at Reach Software is to provide written content that is bold, accessible and informative, helping the client reach their objectives.
